so it seems what ive turned into T,T

so yeah, ive been working at the store for about a month now and ive barely picked up my pencil, much less my tablet pen DX

i wake up early enough to shower, dress, check my things, think about eating before taking the 15 minute walk to work.... then work an average of 5-8 hours (depending on the day >.>) on my feet as cashier or stock. chirstmas is especially crazy! the store is open everyday, but i work 5 of the 7. the manager found out i was not a morning person (i accidentally over slept the first morning shift >////< so im a close-er.

so after running back and forth from cash and stock, before closing, i have to look through all the shelves picking up all the stuff customers left behind. so by the time im done, i haul whats usually a cart and half of stuff to get sorted to baskets to go into the right isles then go back to the isles to restock them..... this goes on every day i work T,T so the repetitive, shallow work is a little maddening. its not like i can go off day dreaming about all the amazing stuff that's in my head, oh no no no ash- i have to pay attention to the outside world in case my supervisor orders me around, or my name is mic'd into cash or in most cases, random customers need to know where a particular item is!

so if i work 5 hours that day, i only get a fifteen minute break, which doesnt help much to doodle anything out of blank mind, so bleh. by the time i get home, im lay, tired, hungry and all that really gets on my mind is to just sit here and do shallow boring things like watching shows and playing tetris >.>;;

as if late, i've been noticing my fascination with Stockholm syndrome.

i found out about it a while ago watching Law and Order- or was it NCIS? that was a while ago... Yeah, there was an episode in which they were trying to get a criminal, finding that he had kidnapped a woman from the military and hid her somewhere. later on, they found her to find that she was in a dirty wedding dress in a storage room with bridal books. she had been with him enough to develop Stockholm syndrome, having been thinking that she was going to really go through with marrying him and such.

i found that generally interesting but i scared myself a little when i realized i was making up stories where the character suffers from it too, except they never leave the other. wow, i have some pretty dark places in there!

i had a wtf moment when i realized i made up a fic up idea with Kyle and Cartman from South Park X3 I ended up thinking about if for like two weeks with barely an end.

the other night i realized i was in pretty deep when i made up another story o.o! and then figured i have a bad sense of 'romance' when i find that my mind seems to like the ending of having Carry finding that he has an illness but still goes back to Dennis >///e;

-is what runs through my mind when I walk down the street. it's true! Yeah, there are houses that have Christmas decorations up on their houses, even up in the street I live in. This really irks me, it does. I was on the net the other night and there were people posting stuff for Christmas- and it wasn't even Halloween yet! It messes with me >.>



Yeah, I sort of get it, Christmas- gifts, family, feasts among other thing (like Holiday pay~) but I would seriously prefer to have things like festive things, food and decorations up like two weeks before the actual day- TOPS! With things like the harder part- gift shopping, I would understand, fully! I know it would be hectic to near impossible to get anything in that two weeks time in the city. I would admit I would get something for people at this time. Yeah, I was working on Halloween day and there were frantic people that kept asking if we had some last minute stuff like costumes, bags among other things but at the store they have things set up for like a month for a certain season. They had time. I would treat those seasons the same, get the stuff and save it till then and like a week or two put everything up.



Where my issue kind of came from is that we have that single ability that can ruin things which is? Getting used to it! We get used to things, pretty quick too! Myself personally, I like to rearrange the stuff in my room once every one-two months, just for the heck of it. Within a week, used to it.



So with that logic, the feeling of 'Oh! It's almost Christmas!' Will soon fade away by the time the actual day comes. Boo!

lol, dA raided my folder, mostly the Naruto one..... *sulks*

apparently the themes depicted in my submissions are under age. yeah, i could see that, seeing as in the anime/manga, naruto is drawn at ages between 12-16 >.>;; there was never the consideration of my drawings depicting him as the age i thought of him as (19-23)- curse you anime eyes! but i don't feel like being a turd about it , reposting them- too lazy XD

there's the possibility of a hard core fan going through the folders themselves and reporting them, but eh, what can i do?
